Director of Marketing 

Emily is responsible for all marketing efforts to promote SFA’s presence and reputation; including but not limited to creating content for all properties and potential acquisitions, improving the atmosphere of buildings, maintaining status of available suites, connecting with prospective tenants, and making informational material for investors. Ms. Schneider connects with potential investors to raise equity capital on current opportunities by providing a company overview, details on deal structure, updates on the market and previous investments. Ms. Schneider is a graduate from Darla Moore School of Business in marketing from the University of South Carolina. Emily is licensed as a real estate agent in New Jersey with experience in renovating homes.
