Property Manager and Leasing Representative

Matteus is responsible for overseeing all aspects of SFA's properties located in the Princeton area including but not limited to ensuring visual appeal of the common areas, addressing tenant concerns, showing available space for lease through execution, as well as handling tenant fit-outs and renovations of the properties. Mr. Jaramillo graduated from Clemson University with a degree in International Business and a minor in Finance.
